Pathrusim
The Pathrusim were a branch of the Egyptians descended from Mizraim and associated with the region of Pathros, generally identified with Upper Egypt.
Biblical Usage
The Pathrusim occur in the genealogical lists of the descendants of Mizraim. They are named among the Mizraite peoples in Genesis and 1 Chronicles.
