Purosh
Purosh was a family or clan descended from Parosh that returned from Babylon with Zerubbabel and Ezra. Members helped rebuild Jerusalem and joined in the covenant renewed under Nehemiah.
Biblical Usage
The descendants of Parosh helped in the rebuilding of Jerusalem and signed the covenant made with Nehemiah. Their returns are recorded in connection with Zerubbabel and Ezra.
