Yeshebi
Yeshebi is probably the name of a village mentioned in connection with the boundary of Manasseh in Joshua 17:7. It may be identified with the place otherwise known as Yassuf, south of Shechem.
Biblical Usage
The name is associated with Joshua’s account of the territory or boundary of Manasseh. The Hebrew word traditionally rendered “inhabitants” may instead refer to this village.
